Challenge
To install a WIP buffer warehouse between production departments.
Solution
The scope of supply included mechanical and electrical/software engineering, design, construction, installation, project management, reporting, certification, documentation, commissioning, start-up and assistance of the system, consisting in:
- Rack with 44 storage locations
- Stacker crane: double mast with 4 telescopic forks
- Software: PLC software connected to the existing IT infrastructure.
