Challenge
The Customer asked for a fully automatic system operating 24/24 hours – 7/7 days to transfer Green Tyres from the building department to the storage area and to the curing department; The installation took place in a «brown field» environment with minimum impact on production.
Solution
The proposal included the design and construction of an automatic warehouse starting from the supply of shelving, and included, in addition to mechanical components, the electrical installation for control, and the automation supervision software.

- Self supporting rack connected with a bridge to the existing building
- Conveyor system on two levels.
- Gantry robots to load and unload GT to and from trays
