Challenge
Beyond significantly reducing ground storage space, it was necessary to automatically and efficiently feed the production lines located on the first floor of the new building while considering future expansion to the second floor.
Solution
Design and construction of an automated warehouse and material handling system, including shelving, mechanical components, electrical control installation, and automation software
- Shelf storage for plastic bins
- Stacker cranes with telescopic fork devices for double-deep bin handling
- Material handling system with weight and dimension control at entry, 24V motorized roller conveyors, 24V bin diverters, and elevators connecting to/from the future second-floor production area
- Put-to-Light system for order fulfillment management
- Optimized management: LogiCON and LogiTRASP supervision software integrated with the company WMS

- Bin dimensions: 600x800xH320/520 mm, max weight 75 kg
- Warehouse height: 18 meters (7 meters underground)
- Aisles: 2 aisles, 1 stacker crane with telescopic fork device and conveyor belts
- Aisle length: approx. 66 meters
- Performance: 200 bins per hour inbound, 100 bins per hour outbound
- Picking stations: 2 for production supply + 1 for spare parts shipping
