In case of failure, LCS guarantees availability and response service 7 days multiplied by 24 hours per day. Our  technicians are organized by skill levels, as the corresponding automation levels, and a qualified technician there is always for each of them.

The intervention timing on the systems, from 4 to 24 hours, are guaranteed in accordance with customized contracts.
