In case of failure, LCS guarantees availability and response service 7 days multiplied by 24 hours per day. Our technicians are organized by skill levels, as the corresponding automation levels, and a qualified technician there is always for each of them.
The intervention timing on the systems, from 4 to 24 hours, are guaranteed in accordance with customized contracts.
It is also important the spare parts management, with a professional approach that combines the block system rate with the supply time of the component at risk. From a careful analysis, based on years of experience, LCS is able to provide a components supply plan that minimizes the blockage risk.
