Milan Malpensa and Linate Airport

LCS has realized several projects in Milan airports.

In August 2013 it has finished the software installation that manages the material handling and storage for Malpensa Cargo, the most important airport for air freight traffic in Italy, with about 550,000 tons / year.
The expansion project of Cargo City area, currently underway, will increase capacity, bringing it to more than 1 million tons / year.

In 2012, LCS replaced the control system at Cargo City and created the new check-in islands north groups at Terminal 1.

From 1997 to 2007, LCS realized the baggage handling system automation and took care of the maintenance and service of the plant control system. In addition, from 2007 to 2009 LCS managed the maintenance and service of the handling and storage plant control system (UDL Cargo City); from 2004 to 2009 it managed the baggage reconciliation system.

At Linate Airport, in 2013 LCS has been starting a new project for the construction of the new baggage reconciliation system, whereas previously from 1997 to 2007, it realized the automation of baggage handling and it was responsible for the maintenance and assistance of the plant control system, which was replaced in 2010.
