Below are the main functions of the Manufactory Execution System provided by LCS:

Host system (ERP) interface
  • Orders and production cycles acquisition, BOM / recipe

PLANT MODEL - Modelling the production Site

MATERIAL MANAGER - Material management
  • Master of the materials: raw materials, semi-finished and finished products
  • Management of production batches and materials transformation
  • Aggregation of data of suppliers with any quality certificates
HANDLING UNIT MANAGER - Handling unit management
  • Management of the load unit types, storage units and handling units
  • Finite state machine for load units management
  • Management and allocation of containers to load units
  • Management of labels models (MP, SML, PF, SSCC) and load units labelin
ORDER MANAGER - Production orders management
  • Planning and scheduling of production orders (or work orders) in pre-defined sequence
  • Starting a work order and set-up of the production lines
  • Data collection with wireless terminals for manual machining operations, with views of the instructions on the stage to perform
  • Automatic collection of the cycle phases directly from the PLC configured on specific equipment, and production progress monitoring
  • Quality management of semi-finished and finished product, with declarations of conformity and waste causal
  • Management of production times and machine stops
  • Definition of line capacity, the crossing times of lots on the lines and tracking algorithms
