The reconciliation between the passenger and baggage is thus defined by the National Security Program, most developed in the field: “a key measure in preventing acts of unlawful interference and shall be applied to other types of control.”

Through this security procedure to ensure that no luggage travel without their passenger because the luggage could be a potential bomb.
